Police in Harare have arrested two men on allegations of impersonating members of the security services. According to a statement released by police, Shepherd Sibanda (40) and Reliance Maenga were arrested on 30 December 2025 at the corner of Bute Street and Fidel Castro Street. Tragedy struck at Chikurubi Damview on Sunday when a fierce fight between two former inmates over fishing nets turned fatal, claiming the life of 27-year-old Tanyaradzwa Innocent Muzari. Four-month-old baby kidnapped in Bulawayo Police are probing the kidnapping of a four-month-old baby in New Parklands, Bulawayo, after the child’s mother was allegedly lured by a stranger she met through a WhatsApp group offering free children’s clothing. Yesterday, ZRP officers at a roadblock on the Harare–Masvingo Road arrested Lucky Dube (39) and Tapiwa Dube (45) in connection with the theft of a Toyota Hilux Raider. The vehicle was being towed from Beitbridge to Harare. Investigations showed that the Toyota Hilux Raider had been stolen in Pretoria, South Africa. Mahosi disappeared at around 8 pm while travelling to Zimbabwe from Musina.
