Court Orders Marry Mubaiwa To See A Govt Doctor Instead Of A Private One At 2PMA magistrate has ordered Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s ex wife, Marry Mubaiwa to turn up for a government doctor appointment today at 2pm.

The short notice was revealed late yesterday and comes at a time when Marry Mubaiwa continues to be deprived of access to her children for 6 years running.

The state has continued to deprive her of her passport since the time President Emmerson Mnangagwa ordered her to return from South Africa as he sent her husband to China for treatment in 2019. This was at a time both husband and wife were inflicted with the same condition.

The oedema condition began around the time Marry suffered a (Herbert-Chitepo type) bomb attack at her legs that was caught on camera on 23 June 2018.

2 years later, President Mnangagwa omitted the names of Marry and her then husband, Constantino from his official biography, which subtly suggests they were the ones behind the attack that nearly killed them.

Ever since she started speaking out, State propaganda has begun painting Marry Mubaiwa as a scrounger who robs men, and a court case blown up in the media supposedly raised by her ex husband Shingi Kawondera, has been found to have no service of papers for over 6 years.

Mubaiwa and her lawyer were both reached for comment. ZimEye queries why the order does not reveal the purpose of the medical appointment with a government doctor.

VP Constantino Chiwenga was reached for comment.

Global Food Security and the Challenges of Feeding a Growing Population

Food security refers to reliable access to enough safe and nutritious food for healthy living. As the global population continues growing, ensuring adequate food production has become one of the biggest challenges facing humanity. Climate change, conflicts, rising food prices, and agricultural limitations are all affecting food systems worldwide.

Agriculture remains essential for economic development and food supply in many countries. Farmers produce crops and livestock that support billions of people globally. However, unpredictable weather patterns, droughts, floods, and soil degradation are reducing agricultural productivity in many regions.

Technology is playing an increasingly important role in improving food production. Advanced irrigation systems, genetically improved crops, artificial intelligence, and precision farming techniques are helping farmers increase efficiency and reduce waste. In some regions, vertical farming and hydroponic agriculture are also emerging as innovative solutions for urban food production.

Food waste remains another major global problem. Millions of tons of food are lost during transportation, storage, and consumer use every year. Reducing food waste through improved logistics, education, and sustainable consumption habits could significantly improve global food security.

Experts believe international cooperation, agricultural innovation, and environmental sustainability will be essential for feeding future populations successfully. Governments, businesses, and communities must work together to strengthen food systems and ensure long-term access to affordable and nutritious food worldwide.

Understanding Liability in Commercial Truck Accident Cases

Determining liability in truck accident cases is often more complicated than in typical vehicle collisions. Multiple parties may be responsible, including the truck driver, trucking company, vehicle manufacturer, or maintenance provider. A truck collision attorney conducts a thorough investigation to identify all liable parties and hold them accountable.

Federal and state regulations governing the trucking industry add another layer of complexity. Violations such as driver fatigue, improper cargo loading, or lack of maintenance can significantly impact a case. By leveraging their knowledge of these laws, truck accident lawyers build strong claims that increase the chances of securing full and fair compensation for victims.
