Here she says she is at the proposal stage which in essence is where a prospective student submits a detailed document outlining their intended research topic, research questions, methodology, and expected outcomes, essentially presenting their plan for their doctoral study to gain approval from their university to proceed with their PhD research.
So, basically she is informing us that she just expressed interest in studying and is not yet an enrolled student?
