Hopewell Chin’ono Warns Chamisa About Peter Ndlovu Uchawaurwa If You Don’t Take Him Seriously

Popular award winning journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, yesterday warned Chamisa that he faces certain defeat in the 2023 Presidential elections if he does not attend to the situation developing in Matabeleland.

This follows the announcement by All People ‘s Party that former Zimbabwe national soccer team captain, Peter Ndlovu, will be their Presidential candidate in 2023.

Writing on his widely followed Facebook Page, Chin’ono said:

Matebeleland is key, and also unique.

If it fields more presidential candidates with name recognition, Mnangagwa will smile all the way back to State House due to a split vote!

It needs to build a coalition that rallies behind one viable national candidate, Nelson Chamisa!

The MDC must sit down with people from Matebeleland and hear their issues, and agree to how they will be resolved upon victory!

They have genuine grievances that must be promised to be fixed in ink!

It has been widely reported that Ndlovu (48), will contest as leader of a party called All People’s Party (APP). The party’s vice-president Sebastian Mubvumbi, confirmed that Ndlovu will indeed contest in the upcoming poll and also explained why the current Mamelodi Sundowns team manager has not personally confirmed it.

“Get it from me, indeed it’s official Peter Ndlovu will contest in the next general election. This is purely out of conviction and principle. He is the president of the party there is no two ways about it,” Mubvumbi told Soccer24.

Mubvumbi said if it was not true that Ndlovu will contest in the upcoming poll, by now he would released a statement distancing himself from the reports.

“Let me reiterate that we have to appreciate the unique times we are in due to the Covid-19 pandemic as this has hampered any plans we may have had to hit the ground running as envisaged. A response from Peter Ndlovu will come at a time deemed appropriate as he is currently inundated with other commitments,” he explained.

“Rest assured that he is abreast with all that is taking place within the party structures. I brief him every week. In media circles we say you can’t not communicate, the silence is communication. If he wasn’t part of this he would have a long time ago issued a statement distancing himself from APP,” added Mubvumbi.

But personally, what really motivated Ndlovu, affectionately known “The Flying Elephant”, to trade his soccer boots for politics?“It would be naive for me to say it was a personal motivation but that it was a call from various sectors of the Zimbabwean community who felt that Peter Ndlovu was the right person for the task at hand. There is a time for everything, we felt this was the right time for him to get in the political ring. The people want a leader that they can hand hold not what we have witnessed over the years where a leader is dictatorial. In other words Ndlovu is a symbol of a people’s leadership,” explained Mubvumbi.

An opposition alliance needs Matebeleland, sit and talk with respect!

Best Used Car to Buy in 2026

Buying a used car can be a smart way to save money while still getting a reliable vehicle. The best used car is one that offers good dependability, affordable maintenance, and strong long-term value.
When shopping for a used car, reliability should be your first concern. A car that looks cheap upfront can become expensive if it needs constant repairs. That is why it helps to choose models that are known for durability and lower ownership costs.
Mileage matters, but condition matters even more. A well-maintained car with higher mileage can sometimes be a better choice than a neglected vehicle with fewer miles. Always check service history, accident reports, tire condition, and signs of wear before making a decision.
It is also wise to consider fuel economy, insurance costs, and repair availability. Some used cars are inexpensive to buy but costly to own over time. The best option usually balances purchase price with ongoing expenses.
A test drive is essential. Pay attention to how the car accelerates, brakes, steers, and handles bumps. If anything feels off, or if warning lights appear, it may be better to walk away and keep looking.
If possible, have a trusted mechanic inspect the car before you buy it. A pre-purchase inspection can reveal problems that are easy to miss during a quick test drive. That small step may save you from a very expensive mistake.
The best used car is not just the cheapest one on the lot. It is the one that gives you dependable transportation, reasonable ownership costs, and peace of mind.

Debt Consolidation Loans: A Complete Guide to Financial Recovery

Debt consolidation loans help individuals combine multiple debts into a single monthly payment, often with a lower interest rate. Consumers struggling with credit card balances, personal loans, or medical bills frequently use consolidation loans to simplify finances and reduce repayment stress.

One major advantage of debt consolidation is improved financial organization. Instead of managing several payments with different due dates and interest rates, borrowers make one fixed monthly payment. This can reduce missed payments and improve credit scores over time. Many lenders offer unsecured debt consolidation loans, meaning borrowers do not need collateral to qualify.

Interest rates vary depending on credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio. Borrowers with excellent credit may qualify for low APR debt consolidation loans that significantly reduce overall interest costs. Online lenders and credit unions often provide fast approvals and flexible repayment plans.

Debt consolidation can also support long-term financial planning when paired with responsible budgeting. Financial advisors recommend avoiding new credit card debt while repaying consolidation loans. Consumers should also compare origination fees, repayment periods, and lender reputation before accepting an offer.

The debt consolidation industry remains highly competitive, making it a strong SEO niche with excellent CPC rates. Keywords related to debt relief, personal finance management, and credit repair frequently generate high advertising revenue.
