The petition opened by a group calling themselves “Justice For Zimbabweans” reads as follows: The petition has been signed by over 350 people who are not happy wiuth what Rumbidzayi did advising Tytan to expose Olinda. The petition reads/
“On the 26th of February shamed lawyer Ms Rumbidzai Bvunzawabaya used her social media platform and disclose Olinda Chapel’s HIV status to the world without her consent. Ms Bvunzawabaya who is acting on behalf of Olinda Chapel’s Ex husband was already privy to this information as he had shared it in his Home Office application.
She was well aware the levels of confidentially she was about to break without hindsight of the effects on Olinda and her 3 minor children. Prior to this incident she had done an interview with Zimbolive where she was once again attacking Ms Chapel. And prior to that incident there is a voice recording of Ms Bvunzawabaya spreading malicious lies about Ms Chapel.
It would look as if Ms Bvunzawabaya has crossed the lines of a solicitor and the is no longer bound by the ethics of her profession. She should not be allowed to practice as a solicitor as the general public can no longer trust in her or the office she holds. May the SRA please release her from her duties.”
