Meet Zimbabwe's Most Notorious Tsikamutanda

Zimbabwe's most notoriou Tsikamutanda has claimed that akauraya vanhu vanosvika 1000 nenjuzu. A self-proclaimed tsikamutanda from Gweru confessed to kuuraya more than 1000 people using marine spirits he claims to have acquired from the underground world.

This comes after 46-year-old Musiyiwa Denhere of Mkoba 20 decided to repent from his evil ways by joining a local Pentecostal church. Instead of his life getting better, it has since turned for the worst as the marine spirits which he used to work under are now demanding that he compensates them by sacrificing his three-year-old son or wife.

Instead of his life getting better, it has since turned for the worst as the marine spirits which he used to work under are now demanding that he compensates them by sacrificing his three-year-old son or wife“I started practising as a tsikamutanda in 1989. I have been healing people with incurable diseases. I also used to assist some of my clients by killing their enemies. I would kill by lightning, accident, sudden death, BP or any other disease.

“I have killed more than 100 people using the powers l got from the marine spirits. Due to my works, six wives left me and that is when l decided that I have had enough of the life of darkness,” said Denhere.“Things have turned for the worst since the day I repented. The marine spirits are haunting me day and night demanding that I sacrifice my son for the bond to be broken.“After refusing to sacrifice my family, a thundering voice told me to destroy all the property that I acquired through the marine spirits. I had no option but to obey since the spirits had said that if I fail to comply I will die,” he added.

At Denhere’s home remnants of his destroyed property were all over when B-Metro arrived for the interview.“After being attacked day and night by the spirits, I went back to the prophet who helped me to repent in search of deliverance but he is not willing to help.“He keeps telling me that he is busy. I am therefore appealing to all the members of the public especially pastors who can help me deal with this nightmare,” said Denhere

DUI With CDL: Why Commercial Drivers Need Legal Help Fast

DUI With CDL: Why Commercial Drivers Need Legal Help Fast

For a commercial driver, a DUI is not just a criminal case. It can threaten your career.

A commercial driver’s license is a livelihood. If you drive a truck, bus, delivery vehicle, or other commercial vehicle, a DUI charge can affect employment, insurance, licensing, and future job opportunities.

That is why commercial drivers should speak with a CDL DUI lawyer quickly after an arrest.

Why CDL DUI Cases Are Different

Commercial drivers are often held to stricter standards than regular drivers.

A DUI can create problems even if:

You were driving your personal vehicle
You were off duty
No accident happened
It was a first offense
Your employer has not been notified yet

The consequences can include CDL disqualification, job loss, and difficulty getting hired later.

Lower Alcohol Limits for Commercial Drivers

Commercial drivers operating commercial motor vehicles are generally subject to stricter alcohol rules than regular drivers. Federal safety rules and state laws may impose lower BAC standards for CDL holders while operating commercial vehicles.

Because CDL law is technical, speak with a lawyer familiar with both DUI defense and commercial driving rules.

Possible CDL Consequences

A DUI may lead to:

CDL disqualification
Loss of job
Higher insurance risk
Employer reporting issues
Difficulty finding future driving work
Required alcohol assessment
Criminal penalties
License suspension
Ignition interlock issues

A regular hardship license may not fully protect commercial driving privileges.

What If the DUI Happened in a Personal Vehicle?

This is one of the most important questions CDL holders ask.

In many situations, a DUI in a personal vehicle can still affect CDL privileges.

Do not assume your CDL is safe because you were not driving a commercial vehicle.

What Should a Commercial Driver Do After a DUI Arrest?

Take these steps:

Save all paperwork
Check court date
Check license deadlines
Do not miss hearings
Avoid discussing the case publicly
Do not drive if your license is suspended
Contact a DUI lawyer quickly
Ask about CDL-specific consequences
Review employer reporting rules

Evidence a CDL DUI Lawyer May Review

A lawyer may review:

Reason for the stop
Field sobriety tests
Breath test procedure
Blood test records
Officer report
Body camera video
License paperwork
Refusal allegation
Commercial driving status
Vehicle type
Employer records when relevant

Why Plea Decisions Matter

A plea that seems acceptable for a regular driver may be devastating for a CDL holder.

Before accepting any offer, a commercial driver should understand:

CDL disqualification
Employer consequences
Insurance consequences
Future hiring impact
State motor vehicle agency rules
Federal commercial driving implications

Can a CDL Driver Keep Working After a DUI?

It depends on the facts, license status, employer policy, and applicable law.

Some drivers may be immediately removed from driving duties. Others may continue temporarily while the case is pending, depending on license status and employer rules.

Do not drive commercially unless you are legally allowed to do so.

Final Thoughts

A DUI with a CDL can threaten your career, not just your record.

Commercial drivers should act quickly, protect deadlines, and speak with a lawyer who understands DUI defense and CDL consequences.

One wrong decision can affect years of income.

Medicare Plans With Dental, Vision, and Hearing: What Is Really Covered?

Medicare plans with dental, Medicare dental vision hearing, Medicare Advantage dental coverage, Medicare vision coverage, Medicare hearing aid coverage

Medicare Plans With Dental, Vision, and Hearing

Many people are surprised to learn that Medicare does not cover every health need they expected.

Dental, vision, and hearing benefits are among the most searched Medicare topics because these services can become expensive.

Some Medicare Advantage plans may offer dental, vision, and hearing benefits, but coverage varies widely.

Does Original Medicare Cover Dental?

Original Medicare generally does not cover routine dental care such as cleanings, fillings, dentures, and most tooth extractions.

Some limited dental services may be covered only when connected to certain medical procedures, but routine dental care is usually not covered in the same way.

That is why many people compare Medicare Advantage plans or standalone dental coverage.

Medicare Advantage Dental Benefits

Some Medicare Advantage plans may include dental benefits.

These may include:

Cleanings
X-rays
Exams
Fillings
Extractions
Dentures
Crowns
Root canals

But the details matter.

Check:

Annual maximum
Copays
Covered procedures
Network dentists
Waiting periods
Frequency limits
Prior authorization
Out-of-network rules

A plan may advertise dental coverage but still limit major services.

Medicare Vision Benefits

Vision coverage may include:

Routine eye exams
Eyeglass allowance
Contact lens allowance
Discounts
Glaucoma screening
Diabetic eye exam coverage

Medical eye care and routine vision benefits are not always the same.

Check whether your eye doctor accepts the plan.

Medicare Hearing Benefits

Hearing benefits may include:

Hearing exams
Hearing aid allowance
Fitting support
Discounts
Copays
Network provider access

Hearing aids can be expensive, so read the plan’s benefit details carefully.

Why Extra Benefits Should Not Be the Only Reason You Choose a Plan

Dental, vision, and hearing benefits are valuable, but they should not be the only factor.

Before enrolling, also check:

Doctors
Hospitals
Prescriptions
Specialist access
Out-of-pocket maximum
Referrals
Prior authorization
Travel coverage
Premium
Drug coverage

A plan with strong dental benefits may not be best if your doctors or medications are not covered.

Medicare Advantage and Extra Benefits

Medicare Advantage plans are private plans that provide Part A and Part B benefits and may offer extra benefits that Original Medicare does not.

Extra benefits vary by county and plan. Always compare the Evidence of Coverage.

Questions to Ask Before Enrolling

Ask:

What dental services are covered?
Is there an annual dental maximum?
Are crowns or dentures covered?
Is my dentist in network?
How much is the eyeglass allowance?
Are hearing aids covered?
Which hearing aid brands are included?
Are referrals required?
Are my prescriptions covered?

Final Thoughts

Medicare plans with dental, vision, and hearing benefits can be helpful, especially for seniors who expect routine care costs.

But benefits vary widely.

Read the fine print before enrolling. A good Medicare plan should cover your medical needs first and extra benefits second.
