TYLER PERRY Accused

Vasiri kuziva hanzi Tyler perry ari kunzi akuita vamwe varume sexual harassment ukooo 😫😂😂💔Tyler Perry is facing an accusation of se....xual assault -- a claim coming from an actor on his long-running TV show, "The Oval," and one Tyler's camp calls a "scam" ... TMZ has learned.

Derek Dixon filed a lawsuit against Perry, and in the docs he claims he and the director met at an event back in 2019 -- in Derek's words, Tyler picked him out of the crowd and asked for his phone number, suggesting he might have a role for him. Then, in January 2020, Derek says Tyler invited him to his Atlanta home, and he accepted, hoping to build a friendship that would lead to more acting gigs. But, according to the suit, while there ... Derek drank too much, and ended up sleeping in a guest room.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Derek claims Tyler got into the bed with him, and started touching his thighs -- and, although, he rejected the advances that night ... he claims Tyler remained interested. As it turns out, he did ... Derek says Tyler gave him a small role in 2 episodes of a show called, "Ruthless."Shortly thereafter, Derek says he landed the role of Dale in "The Oval" -- great for his career, but he claims it was around this time that Tyler also started firing off sexually suggestive texts ... including asking what Drew's sex...ual preferences were, and telling him he has se... x with men.

Derek also notes his character, Dale, was written as a gay, homeless and desperate store clerk who had to sleep with other characters for a place to stay. He claims that's exactly what Tyler told him he was looking for in a real life sex...ual partner ... someone who would be loyal and dependent upon Tyler. To that point, he says Tyler, once again, invited him to Atlanta later in 2020 ... and things allegedly took a dark turn. Derek claims Perry greeted him warmly, but quickly started a sexually charged conversation -- like asking him if he "likes it rough in bed" -- and then grabbed Derek by the throat while saying, "Look how excited you just got."

He says he pushed Tyler away, and that was the end of that alleged incident.

The lawsuit includes years of text messages allegedly sent by between both men -- most of the ones Tyler allegedly sent are sexu...ally charged ... for instance one reads, "No straight man would be going on walks with you or cooking dinner for you unless they wanted to f**k you. I would f**k you."Derek says he feared his career would be derailed if he flatly rejected Tyler -- so, instead he told him he just wasn't "the sex

...ual type" ... but he was always terrified he'd lose his job if he complained of sexu...al harassment.

Work Visa Lawyer: Help With Employment-Based Immigration

Work Visa Lawyer: Help With Employment-Based Immigration

Employment-based immigration can open major opportunities for workers and employers. But work visa cases can be technical, document-heavy, and deadline-sensitive.

A work visa lawyer helps employees, employers, executives, investors, professionals, and companies navigate immigration rules tied to employment.

Whether you are trying to hire foreign talent or work legally in the United States, legal guidance can help reduce costly mistakes.

What Does a Work Visa Lawyer Do?

A work visa lawyer may help with:

Temporary work visas
Employment-based green cards
Employer petitions
Labor certification issues
Job offer documentation
Prevailing wage questions
Work authorization
Extensions
Amendments
Transfers
Compliance
Requests for Evidence
Consular processing

USCIS adjudicates many petitions for nonimmigrant temporary workers and other immigration benefits.

Common Work Visa Categories

Work visa options may depend on job type, qualifications, employer, nationality, and business needs.

Common categories may include:

H-1B specialty occupation visas
L-1 intracompany transfer visas
O-1 extraordinary ability visas
E-2 investor visas
TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican professionals
H-2B seasonal nonagricultural workers
Employment-based green cards
National Interest Waiver cases
PERM labor certification cases

Not every worker qualifies for every category. A lawyer can help identify the best fit.

Why Employers Hire Work Visa Lawyers

Employers hire immigration lawyers because work visa mistakes can create business problems.

A lawyer can help employers:

Select the correct visa category
Prepare petitions
Track deadlines
Respond to RFEs
Manage extensions
Support employee onboarding
Understand compliance duties
Avoid unauthorized employment issues
Plan green card sponsorship

For companies competing for skilled workers, immigration planning can be part of talent strategy.

Why Employees Hire Work Visa Lawyers

Employees may need help understanding:

Whether they qualify
Whether their employer must sponsor them
What happens if they change jobs
How long they can stay
Whether they can bring family
Whether they can apply for a green card
What happens after layoff or termination
Whether travel could affect their status

A lawyer can help explain risk before a person makes a career move.

H-1B Lawyer

The H-1B is one of the most searched work visa topics. It is often used for specialty occupation jobs requiring specific education or expertise.

An H-1B lawyer may help with:

Employer sponsorship
Job description review
Degree relevance
Specialty occupation arguments
Lottery-related planning
Change of employer
Extension petitions
RFEs
Status issues

H-1B rules and procedures can change, so current legal guidance is important.

Employment-Based Green Card Lawyer

A work visa may be temporary. A green card can provide permanent residence.

Employment-based green card cases may involve:

PERM labor certification
Immigrant worker petitions
Adjustment of status
Consular processing
Priority dates
National Interest Waiver
Extraordinary ability categories
Multinational manager petitions

A lawyer can help employers and employees plan early.

Common Work Visa Problems

Work visa cases may face issues such as:

Weak job description
Insufficient evidence
Degree mismatch
Employer ability to pay concerns
Missed filing deadlines
Unauthorized work
Status gaps
Layoff complications
Travel problems
Incorrect filing fees
Wrong form edition

USCIS provides an official fee schedule and fee calculator because correct filing fees are required for immigration forms.

What to Ask a Work Visa Lawyer

Ask:

Which visa category fits my situation?
What are the risks?
What documents are needed?
What deadlines apply?
Can my family come with me?
Can I change employers?
Can this lead to a green card?
What happens if the case is denied?
What are attorney fees and government fees?

Final Thoughts

A work visa lawyer can help protect both the employee and the employer.

Employment immigration is not just paperwork. It involves strategy, timing, evidence, compliance, and long-term planning.

If a job, business, or career depends on immigration approval, professional legal guidance can be a smart investment.

Mental Health Awareness Is Becoming a Global Priority

Mental health awareness has become an increasingly important topic worldwide as more people recognize the impact of stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being on overall quality of life. Governments, healthcare providers, schools, and workplaces are investing more resources into mental health support and education initiatives.

Modern lifestyles, financial stress, social pressures, and digital overload have contributed to rising mental health challenges across many populations. Experts emphasize the importance of open conversations, early intervention, and access to professional mental health services. Therapy, counseling, support groups, and wellness programs are becoming more widely available through both in-person and online platforms.

Technology is also playing a major role in mental health support. Mobile apps, teletherapy services, meditation programs, and online counseling platforms are helping individuals access mental health resources more conveniently. Artificial intelligence tools are even being used to monitor emotional well-being and provide mental health recommendations.

Workplaces are increasingly recognizing the importance of employee mental health. Many companies now offer wellness programs, flexible schedules, and stress management resources designed to improve productivity and reduce burnout. Educational institutions are also focusing more on student mental health and emotional development.

Despite growing awareness, mental health stigma remains a challenge in many communities. Experts encourage continued education, supportive environments, and greater investment in mental health services to improve outcomes and overall societal well-being.
