Mutsvangwa Zvaendwa Final Letter

Dear Cde Mliswa

RE: Reminder to take Corrective Action Against Cde Chris Mutsvangwa

It is now a couple of days since Cde Mutsvangwa issued damning and defamatory statements against our Vice President and Second Secretary of the party, ZANU PF, Cde CDGN Chiwenga. Your silence regarding such gross misconduct points to impunity. We have a precedent where swift action was taken, but in this case there islethargy. Whilst the Province recommended Cde Geza’s expulsion from ZANU PF, it was important, as a law of natural justice, to also call Cde Mutsvangwa to order.

I strongly feel that corrective action against Cde Mutsvangwa should be initiated and recommended by the Mashonaland West Province leadership. Failure to uphold the same procedure creates a narrative that, between our leaders, one is a darling to Mash West leaders and the other is not. It is also in the public domain that everyone criticised what Cde Mutsvangwa uttered about Retired Army General Cdeuttered about Retired Army General Cde Chiwenga, which was totally uncalled for, unjust, and defamatory.

The statements by Cde Mutsvangwa denigrating VP Chiwenga affect the reputation of the party and that of the First Secretary, Cde Mnangagwa. Cde

Mutsvangwa is the Party Spokesperson, and everything that he says binds the party. As a concerned cadre, I believe such behaviour has a bearing which poses a security risk to both our party and our country. The Politburo endorsed the expulsion of lower-level party cadres on social media abuse allegations. How about a senior member of the party in the capacity of Spokesperson?

I will continue to remind you to take corrective action against Cde Mutsvangwa every two days until you fulfil your duty and ensure justice within ZANU PF.

Yours Comradely,
Gifford Gomwe

Personal Injury Claim Settlement: How Much Compensation Can You Get?

One of the biggest questions accident victims ask is, “How much is my personal injury claim worth?” The answer depends on the facts of the case, the severity of the injury, medical bills, lost wages, liability, and available insurance coverage.

A personal injury claim settlement may include compensation for emergency treatment, surgery, physical therapy, medication, lost income, future medical care, emotional distress, and pain and suffering. If the injury causes permanent disability, the value of the claim may be higher.

Insurance companies often try to settle claims quickly. A fast offer may sound helpful, especially when bills are piling up, but early offers are often lower than the real value of the case. Once you accept a settlement, you usually cannot ask for more money later.

This is why it is important to understand the full cost of your injury before signing anything. Some injuries take months to heal. Others may require long-term care or affect your ability to work.

A personal injury lawyer can review your medical records, calculate damages, negotiate with insurance companies, and help determine whether a settlement offer is fair.

Every case is different. There is no guaranteed settlement amount. But the stronger your evidence, the clearer the liability, and the more serious your damages, the stronger your claim may be.

Best Personal Injury Lawyer for Accident Claims

If you have been hurt in an accident, finding the right personal injury lawyer can make a major difference in your case. A good lawyer can help you understand your rights, deal with insurance companies, and pursue the compensation you may be entitled to receive.
Personal injury cases often involve car accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, and other situations where someone else may be responsible for your losses. Because these cases can affect medical bills, lost wages, and long-term recovery, choosing the right lawyer is an important decision.
The first thing to look for is experience with cases similar to yours. A lawyer who regularly handles accident claims will usually understand the legal process, the kinds of evidence needed, and how insurance companies try to reduce payouts. That experience can be valuable from the beginning of your case.
You should also pay attention to communication. The best lawyer is not just knowledgeable, but also clear, responsive, and willing to explain what is happening at each stage. If you cannot reach your lawyer or get simple answers, the process becomes much harder than it needs to be.
Another important factor is whether the lawyer works on a contingency fee basis. In many personal injury cases, this means the lawyer only gets paid if you recover money. That can make legal help more accessible when you are already dealing with financial stress.
It is also smart to read reviews, check case results, and ask about trial experience. Some claims are settled quickly, while others may need stronger negotiation or even a court process. You want someone who is prepared for both.
The best personal injury lawyer is the one who understands your type of case, communicates well, and has a record of helping injured clients pursue fair results.
